Cancellation Policy:
Notice of registration cancellation must be received by May 15th, 2019 to attain a refund, minus a $75 administration fee. No refunds will be made after this date. A W-9 form will be requested in order to process your refund. For questions please email coastalbendshp@gmail.com

The event organizers and other participants may take photographs during the event. By registering for this event, you give consent to organizers, sponsors, and other participants to publish these photos or printed materials without additional notice. Individuals will not be identified or named in any photo unless prior written consent is obtained. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please email coastalbendshp@gmail.com
